Well, the Harley was won on the unique bid for: $4700.25. What a deal as this Harley was valued at: $25,000. I hope that my last post didn't deter anyone. I just didn't expect those low numbers. If you are curious about this you can see all the results of unique auction bidding under the description of the item after the auction has been completed. It is pretty interesting to see the gaps in the chart. In the description it says that you can pick up the bike at Hacienda Harley in Arizona. If you want to fly in to Sky Harbor Airport and ride your new bike home, Dubli will pay for your one way fare and pick you up at the airport and shuttle you to the dealership. Now that's how you treat a winner!!Check out the $10,000 Visa card now on the unique auction. The last $10,000 Visa card was won for: $3103.25.

I made a bid for the Harley at $9001.50 and it was neither unique nor the lowest bid. Just wanted to pass that on so that you don't bother to bid under that number. Geez, I may lose my bet that this will go out under $10,000. Check it out. The auction closes at 6pm PST tonight, July 17th

One more update. I see that the unique auction for the Harley Davidson goes off tomorrow at 6pm. I will bet anyone that this Harley is won for under $10,000, and it has a value of $25,000. I don't need a Harley, but it should be fun to watch.

Last night, I needed to send some sympathy flowers to a friend who lost their mother. I went to Dubli under flowers and you can't believe the choices. I could have used FTD; Teleflowers, 1-800 Flowers, out of the total of 81 choices. Anyway, I chose Internet Florist because I got 10% in points! They did a great job, delivered next day, and my friend was very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Some exciting unique auctions have completed recently! Did you see that the car surprise auction turned out to be a brand new C300 Mercedes Benz! The lowest unique bid was $8000.50. The winner was able to buy the $37,000 car for $8000.50, a 78% savings! Check it out in the completed auctions section of the unique bid auction. Scroll down to 6/28. Also, in a unique bid auction which completed on 7/08, the lowest unique bid on the Home Cinema Surprise was $36.50 for this package with a value of: $1670, a savings of: 97%.These unique auctions sure are fun to watch....but they really are difficult to win. Play if you choose, but for my money, I still think that the Express Auctions are the guaranteed best value.

This is pretty neat. On the last unique auction for a $10,000 credit card, all of the revenue was donated to "Blessings in a Backpack". The following was copied from the website.VISA debit card $10.000 Charity Auction. Part of our mission statement is to support worthwhile Charities around the world. The focus is on supporting children in need. In this light we are featuring our second Charity Auction to benefit 'Blessings in a Backpack'. This program feeds children in grades K-5 in Title 1 public schools; who qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Meal Program and who may not have any or enough food on the weekends. 'Blessings in a Backpack' is currently feeding over 10,000 children in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, California and New York in public schools. It only takes $80 to feed a child for an entire school year. The Program works like this: a school is chosen and a local grocer partners with the program to provide food for meals in the backpacks. Every Friday, students receive their backpacks with food that requires little or no preparation. They return with their backpacks on Monday ready to learn. The person who is awarded this charity auction, will personally receive a $10,000 Visa debit card to use as they wish. All of the revenue from the auction will be donated to 'Blessings in a Backpack'.Posted by Team Up For Tomorrow at 6:00 PM 0 comments
